In this episode I speak with Antoinette Foster from HiForm Australia. Antoinette is an equine nutritional therapist, medical herbalist, and also does nutritional therapy genetics as well as so many other things.
In this interview we speak of why nutrition is so important for your horse and also for you and me. Antoinette busts some myths about Lucerne and fermented hay as well as gives us some really great foundations to understand when choosing feed for our horses.
