In this episode I speak with Emily Frost who has a business called Kiros Way where she teaches people to re-wild themselves with horses. Emily co-creates with unbridled horses and helps you to remember what it’s like to be free, both you and your horse. She teaches you to communicate in a language beyond words, while exploring different shades and expressions of spirit.
I found speaking with Emily that the simple act of her telling me her story brought my own childhood memories and dreams to the surface and it really helped me to remember that my current goals with my horses are not aligned with my childhood dreams. So for me this was quite profound. I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling to make positive change in the world and this time, I was blessed enough that it happened for me too.
